3D volume measurement using IP cameras (bending)

The system was developed for fully automated measurement of 3D dimensions of larger objects. After placing the object, the operator only needs to press a button and within a few seconds the system will determine the dimensions of the object and determine its volume using the cameras installed for this purpose.

The designated area is surrounded by cameras so that the cameras cover all sides of the object 100%. The cameras have IR illumination, thus providing fixed lighting that does not interfere with anything else for stable operation. The cameras are installed on a console suspended from the ceiling so that they can take a proper picture of the objects to be measured and so that they do not interfere with the packaging processes.

AxxonOne can display the number of people entering and exiting by installing any cameras above the entrances.

It is possible to extract data into PDF, CSV, XLSX files (entries, exits, entries and exits, daily, weekly, monthly, annual breakdown) using an event filter on the free AxxonNet website (or without an internet connection with the AxxonData browser utility).

With people counting analytics, AxxonOne software is capable of broader management than the above (automatic data extraction option at predefined intervals and modes), and to forward these by e-mail at predefined intervals.

Cash-saving settlement can be implemented at exclusive locations using WPOS terminals integrated into the access control system infrastructure. The WPOS terminals connect to the access control server via TCP/IP connection. The balance of the card read on the terminals can be viewed, the balance can be topped up or deducted. With the help of the client software, all completed transactions, the balance on the cards and the daily turnover can be viewed.

In the software, it is possible to record a client's (partner's) debts from several sources and in several ways:

  • by direct data entry through the data management window,
  • using the import function from an external source: a text file (TXT file) with an arbitrary structure but with sufficient data content,
  • using the import function from an external source: an XML file with a fixed structure,
  • directly from the enterprise management system database (with which the integration has already been implemented).
